27TH SUNDAY OF THE YEAR, FEAST OF OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY

Tomorrow / today is the feast of our Lady of the Rosary. Masses will be like Sunday, except that there is no Mass in English in the evening at 6.30 p.m. Instead, there will be Mass in Tamil at 6.00 p.m. followed by procession. Before the 10.30 a.m. Mass rosary will be recited.
Palanquin bearers are requested to wear decent dresses and not to wear T-Shirts.
During the procession, we request parishioners to walk in an orderly manner praying the rosary or singing hymns.
Welcome Ministry members have been posted at strategic locations. Kindly follow the instructions. Palanquins will halt only at pre-planned locations.
Varieties of Stalls have been put up in the Church compound. Kindly patronize.
Members of SVP will be making box collection in the Church compound after all the Masses.
On Monday, 8th October there will Mass in Tamil at 6.00 p.m. Thereafter flag will be lowered. Mass in English will be as usual at 7.00 p.m. We urge parishioners to come in large numbers and be part of this celebration.
Members of Family Cell will meet on Saturday, 13th October after the evening Mass in the room next to the Parish Office.
Senior Citizens will be celebrating World Elders Day on Thursday, 25th October on the ground floor of the school building at 5.00 p.m. Registration can be done at the desk outside with payment of Rs. Rs.50.00 per person. Last day to register is Sunday, 14th October.
Community Coordinators who have still not submitted the Quarterly Reports are requested to submit the same without further delay.
We regret to inform you that there will be no parking space in the Church compound today and tomorrow.
Bombay Catholic Sabha will put up Help Desk outside the Church from 14th October onward from 8.00 a.m. to 12 noon to facilitate parishioners for voters registration.
According to the Diocesan rules no collections can be made without the permission of the Parish Priest. However, it has come to our notice that door-to-door collections are being made without our permission. Such collections do not and cannot come to the Parish. The only collections sanctioned are for the stalls on the occasion of the feast celebration.
