1. Today is the 8th Sunday of the Liturgical Year in Ordinary Times. PPC meeting will be held this evening (01.03.25) in the Parish Hall.
2. There will be Mass in Marathi today at 12.15 P. M.
3.*Sunday School closes today for the current academic year. Today evening from 4.00 P. M. to 5.30 P. M. there will be a closing day programme performed by the Sunday School students in the School Quadrangle.*
4. *Wednesday, March 5th is Ash Wednesday, a Day of Fast and Abstinence. Masses are as follows:*
*- 6.30 AM & 7.15 AM in English*
*- 6.00 PM in Tamil*
*- 7.00 PM in Konkani*
*- 8.00 PM in English*
5. *Stations of the Cross after the Evening Mass, are as follows:*
*Wednesdays in Konkani, Thursdays in Tamil and Fridays in English. Please note there will be no Stations of the Cross and Charismatic Prayer Meeting during the days of Mission.*
6. *Friday, 7th March is First Friday of the month. Blessed Sacrament Adoration in Tamil at 5.30 PM in Konkani at 6.00 PM & in English at 6.30 PM.*
7. *Lenten Missions in our Parish are as follows:*
*- In English : From 16th March to 22nd March*
*- In Konkani : From 24th March to 26th March*
*- In Tamil : From 26th March to 30th March*
*Invitation visits by Mission Preachers will be from 9th to 15th March from 4.30 – 5.00 P. M. onwards.*
*As we are a Multi-lingual Parish, timings of language masses on week-days will be changed. Please pay attention each week for the respective timings.*
*Lenten Mission in Marathi will be on 30th March from 9.00 A. M. to 5.00 P. M. in the School-Basement. For registration, volunteers will be present at the Help Desk after all the Masses on Saturday Evenings & on Sundays. Registration Charges Rs.100.00 per person.*
8.Eucharistic Prayer Group is organizing *‘Life in the Spirit’* Seminar every Monday from 24th February onwards after the Evening Mass. For further details please refer our Notice Board.
9. *Due to non-functioning of New India Co-op. Bank, Parishioners are requested not to transfer any amount either by NEFT / RTGS or any other mode pending further instructions. We are in the process of opening accounts with other Banks and the account details will be shared shortly.*
10. Admissions for Aquinas International School has begun. Please contact the Aquinas International School Office for the same.
11. Those interested in learning skating at a discounted rate only for the children of our Parish are requested to contact the Parish office during office hours.
12. *Take Charge Mentorship for youth between 18 and 24 years consisting of a one to one mentoring by senior successful professional over the course of the year has begun. The last day for registration is March 23rd. For details please scan the QR code on the Notice Board and the code being sent in Whatsapp group. Our Parish will be hosting a workshop on March 23rd at 7.00 PM to enable parents and aspiring mentees to gain a better understanding of the programme. Please register in the Parish Office.*
